Endon Heston 61497 semi-flush ceiling light, black and rustic bronze, 1×E27, Ø25 cm

Name: Endon Heston 61497 semi-flush ceiling light, black and rustic bronze, 1×E27, Ø25 cm
Brand: Endon

Endon Heston 61497 is a semi-flush ceiling light with an open cylindrical steel cage. Curved rustic-bronze-coloured rods cross between two black rings, leaving the single bulb visible. The matt black framework contrasts with the aged bronze-effect finish on the ceiling rose and the finer metalwork.A 25 cm cage with a 33 cm projectionThe cage measures 25 cm in diameter, while the complete fitting projects 33 cm from the ceiling. These measurements describe different directions: the 33 cm figure is not the shade width. A short supporting structure connects the cage to its round ceiling rose, rather than suspending it from a long cable or chain.Endon includes this fitting among its options for lower ceilings. Even so, measure the full 33 cm drop before installation and compare the bottom ring's position with the headroom available in your room. Heston can provide decorative ceiling lighting in a living room, bedroom or dining room. Its compact footprint also makes a hallway or entrance area a reasonable location when the dimensions suit the space.Choose the bulb as well as the fittingThere is one E27 lamp holder, and the bulb is not included. The manufacturer's 60 W rating is the maximum permitted lamp wattage, not a fixed operating consumption. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb you select, so this fitting should not be treated as having a predetermined lumen output.Endon specifically identifies LED filament lamps as suitable. Their shape remains visible through the open metalwork, making the appearance of the bulb part of the overall design. Dimming requires a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer; fitting an ordinary non-dimmable LED does not provide brightness control.Open metalwork for vintage interiorsThe crossed rods, black hoops and rustic bronze effect support vintage, industrial and rustic schemes. This is an open cage, not an opaque or opal shade that conceals the light source, an important distinction when choosing the bulb. Heston is a Class I fitting requiring a protective earth connection. The linked installation instructions specify indoor use and exclude bathroom locations.Näytä lisää
