NORLYS Borg 5140GR pole-top LED luminaire 32 W 4000 K IP65 graphite

Name: NORLYS Borg 5140GR pole-top LED luminaire 32 W 4000 K IP65 graphite
Brand: NORLYS

The Norlys Borg 5140GR is a post-top luminaire shaped as a flat disc 51.2 cm across, made of cast aluminium powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016. A satin PMMA diffuser closes the underside of the disc and spreads the light of the LEDs. Only the head is supplied — the pole is not included. Mounting on the pole The luminaire slides onto a 60 mm pole spigot to a depth of 95 mm. It is 15.4 cm tall overall, 7.5 cm of which is the disc. The pole, the 3070XX0009 reducer and the 154XX0010 mounting adapter are sold separately. A 6 m H05RN-F 3G1 cable leaves the fitting and is connected in a suitably chosen junction box. The head weighs 4.92 kg and has a side area of 0.042 m² — the two figures checked when choosing a pole for wind load. What light it gives The 27.2 W LED module produces 4380 lm, and 3928 lm leaves the fitting at a 32 W draw, which is 122.8 lm/W. That is the output for lighting a path, a square, a driveway or a car park from a few metres up — the manufacturer prepared the photometry for a 4.5 m mounting height. Light is directed downwards: ULOR is 0 %, so it does not light the sky, and the BUG rating is B2-U1-G1. 4000 K gives neutral white light, while CRI 80 and SDCM3 mean sound colour rendering and a consistent tint from pole to pole. The fitting is not dimmable and switches with its circuit. The LED module and driver are replaced by a professional service; the manufacturer quotes an L90 life of over 54,000 hours and 100,000 hours for the driver. Durability and where it fits The housing is rated IP65, so it is dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK08 for impact. It is a protection class I fitting, so it needs a protective earth. It works from −20 to +45 °C. A flat, smooth disc on a straight pole is a modern form for parks, hotel and restaurant grounds, residential streets and driveways.Mostrar mais
